Yes. She is. but I guess in this comic she is older. Oh and cream is supposed to be 6 but in here is older. (What program do you use in making your comics?)
Also, if Amy and Cream were older, that means everyone one else's age would go up by the same amout of years. Sonic would be 16, Cream would be 8, Tails would be 10, I would be the same age as Amy, and so on
...seriously? Rouge is 16? In Sonic Heroes, she was 18 >_<
I may seem picky about this, but some stuff just bugs me...like pancakes not being delicious...bugs the hell outta me...isn't that what pancakes are for? Being delicious?
